Petals Louisville is seeking a friendly, hard-working, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Retail Associate. In addition to ensuring the smooth operation of our in-store retail activities, this role includes delivering floral arrangements to our valued customers. As a forward-facing employee, you will be an essential part of creating positive customer experiences, both in the boutique and during deliveries.​

Full-time. $18 per hour.

POSITION SUMMARY​

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, assist with inquiries, and recommend products

• Unpack, arrange, and label new merchandise in the store

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

• Process sales and refunds efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) software

• Handle customer payments and provide receipts

• Address and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude

• Deliver floral arrangements to customers with care and timeliness

• Maintain communication with the team to ensure delivery schedules run smoothly

• Uphold a professional and pleasant demeanor during deliveries and in-store

 

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background check

• Presentable and customer-friendly demeanor

• Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude

• Proficiency with POS systems and retail equipment

• Physical fitness and stamina for standing and lifting items

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
