COVID-19 Policy

At Petals, we love everything, but you may not. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Petals accepts returns on all non-plant products within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by an original receipt. We will then refund your purchase to the original method of payment. After 30 days, we will refund your purchase with a Petals store credit. If a return is made without a receipt, a store credit will be issued. All sale items and gift cards are Final Sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 


Return Policy for Live Plants, Petals To Go, and Petals Custom:


Live Plants:

We love being plant parents. Because live plants are subject to various conditions, Petals does not offer a guarantee, refund, or exchange purchased in store.  

Petals To Go:

Petals provides all “Petals To Go” pots with proper care and watering instructions. Upon delivery, please inspect all plants and contact us within 24 hours of any damages. After 24 hours, the customer takes full responsibility for care and watering.

Petals Custom:

All custom items purchased from Petals are unique to each individual. Due to the uniqueness of these items, all custom planters and florals are Final Sales. Petals provides each custom planter with proper care and watering instructions.
